The words “I am a Christian” are very easy and sweet to say but not all Christians are saved or believers. The book of Roman chapter 10:9-10 says that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.
The majority of the people claiming to be Christians today always repeat some mistakes every day by trying to compare themselves having equal rights as believers in God, and today I will like to enlighten us on these mistakes as it has stopped many in achieving their dreams, hence, rebuking God for their delay in blessings.

Indeed, it is as well written in the book of Romans that both gentiles (unbelievers) and Jews (believers) have equal rights in the Lord Jesus Christ but note, that this is for gentiles who are willing and ready to serve God and remain righteous before him.
Below are the mistakes Christians do repeat most times that keep delaying their blessings.
1. They fail to do God’s will:
You see to become a believer requires divine intervention, sacrifice, and submission to God’s work just as he has commanded us all to do in the book of Mark 16:15 that, go into the world and preach the gospel. A person claiming Christian will not follow the instructions given by God in the aforementioned Bible scripture because they don’t love God as they claimed. They still have an interest in things of this world more than things of the Spirit.
2. They don’t honor God:
The word of God says if you can do this to my anointed ones, the same thing you are doing to me indirectly. Hence, if you are a type of Christian that’s is still being forced to church or promising your discipler of coming to the gathering of the children of God but you fail, then no you’re dishonoring God too, and as such you shouldn’t expect blessings from Him.
3. They are not Faithful and Thankful:
Being faithful in God has a lot to do in your relationship with the Lord seriously and as such you make righteous in God through Christ Jesus our Lord’s savior. Don’t also forget that God has said it all in the book of Philippines 4:6 that, my children if in case you need anything, ask from me with a heart of Thanksgiving. Brethren! don’t stop praying because you haven’t seen results, our God is a miracle worker and not a magician.
4. They are impatient:
An ordinary Christian who is not a believer of the gospel will never stick to a local church because they want fast miracles and that’s not God’s plan for us as a church. According to Paul the apostle, believers are meant to stick to a local church, dominate it, and win more souls for God.
5. They don’t Pray as they ought to:
Pastor Chris Segun Onayinka, the pastor and general overseer of Saint Community Church of God worldwide has said in one of his teachings titled; “Why we pray and When we don’t pray”, that God always trusts a man of prayer than a man who believes. He says although a man who believes will pray because he loves God. When you pray fervently and persistently, it changes you spiritually and with Faith, all your needs are met. Just believe.
Do not just read read post, endeavor to meditate on what you’ve learnt so far, put it into practice by adjusting every form of errors, put things right between you and God. Build your relationship with your Creator.
